Television licence a opinion

Television  licence  is agree in some  degree  that over 75 should  have a free licence  but  if had to pay  like I as someone  on PIP it would  only  be roughly 4 pounds  a week  which  in my opinion  is affordable. Plus some care homes  and flats take advantage  of only needing  one television  licence for quite  a lot  of residential people. The BBC  is not  totally  at blame  it think taking  the flank for yet another unfilled   promise  by the  government.
