I am going to put my head on the chopping block and state it is about time the law for criminal activity should lower the age limit as youngsters under 18 are starting to believe their are immune so just show absolutely no respect to no one .I reckon we should least lower age of criminal responsibility to ten and have in place a very stern fines and not imprisonment a month of free community service and parents made to pay towards damages .I know this not a popular idea and it may not work but something needs to be done as this is the true anarchy in the uk.
