Ouch !my stomach hurts

Yesterday I experienced my worst ever stomach ache I had in my life.Servere crippling pain ,I could hardly move and my stomach bloated up.I had to lie down to on the floor to cope with the pain.I would go say I coped with well but that's a lie I got a bit verbally aggressive and to make me feel a bit worse my Wife Enid was bringing up a lot of flem due to her s build up.It could be the extreme heat as it was very very hot Sunday 14th.May .I  feel hot,not my self ,taking it easy and going to drink plenty of water.
