My worm in my head is playing games in my head,I take my pills and do the cognitive chat with that nice mental health nurse,the worm carries on wiggly wiggly away,it causes my head to face ,my anxiety to rise ,i f go over my pressure point,I am like a verbally aggressive form of the hulk,o.c.d is the name the doctors give its name.It is not me I am not it I am just me.Mental illness does not know the colour of your skin or if poor or rich .If you are like me just be brave make a step on your journey today.@I support mental health awareness week.
