The Curse of the Peculiar Piano
A Horror Story

Whilst investigating the death of a local police officer, a lovable scout called Annabelle MacDonald uncovers a legend about a supernaturally-cursed, peculiar piano circulating throughout Ireland. As soon as anyone uses the piano, he or she has exactly 80 days left to live.
The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during day to day life, but when photographed, they look mirrored. A marked person feels like a frantic giraffe to touch.
Annabelle gets hold of the piano, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into her mind: a pretty gerbil balancing on a vast police officer, an old newspaper headline about a drunk driving accident, a hooded donkey ranting about elbows and a drinking well located in an old-fashioned place.
When Annabelle notices her warts have giraffe-like properties, she realises that the curse of the peculiar piano is true and calls in her mother, a lawyer called Mildred Russell, to help.
Mildred examines the piano and willingly submits herself to the curse. She finds that the same visions flash before his eyes. She finds the pretty gerbil balancing on a vast police officer particularly chilling. She joins the queue for a supernatural death.
Annabelle and Mildred pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded donkey. Will they be able to stop the curse before their time is up?
