The Niece Gone

The Niece Gone

Domestic Noir
by Freddy Eastwood

One morning in a house in Africa, Maud Clifford opens a gift from her niece, Flora Noris, and Maud knows their lives will never be the same again.
Whilst trying to rebuild her life, Maud witnesses a crime that leads her to question a new relationship. She becomes obsessed with enigmatic stranger Sandie Thornhill. What is his connection to Flora, and why has he turned up now?
Maud's behaviour becomes increasingly erratic as she struggles to unravel the truth and the significance of a peculiar record, all whilst battling to cope with anxiety.
Every day, Maud gets closer to the truth. And the closer she gets, the more wacky it seems.
