Tuesday 14th November 2017 I attended an assessment appointment with the Talking Health Team. The appointment lasted over 40 minutes at Holsworthy Health centre in which time I talked about my recent memory problems which could be related to anxiety and o.c.d both mental health problems. Before I attended I had to fill in a format to help out team member I chatted too . Asked if would like to try out an online ctb site called Silver cloud and I am going to give it a try when I can get on as trouble with coming up with a password it will accept arrgh.
