my first assessment attend not for belt just to pratice.

Today i attend my first martial arts assessment at northam hall,northam with  earth an martial and ocean martial arts.i was among others doing a seeion of exercises and martial art moves some i admit i found hard but i will try to improve and as i said to mr cole i like doing this .H opethose whi did thier balkbelts got them ,see you monday wayne for the norsml lessions ,mark aka ghostmanraines. No belt for me as just went to practice as see what needed to be improved ,next assessment i hope to go for a belt ,more work .from my tutor mr wayne ley-Hey mark, me Andy were talking after. And he said you done really well and impressed him. So he's said If you like you can go onto Yellow belt as you would of passed if you done the grading officially, but he requested that you pay for the grading to get your belt, which would of been £15 if not don't worry go for it again in 6 months, well done tho. Man born with a womb prepares for hysterectomy

A businessman is preparing to have a hysterectomy after doctors discovered he was born with a womb. The 37-year-old Lancashire man discovered he has a full set of female reproductive organs after undergoing scans for suspected bladder cancer. Now the man, who is being called Rob in order to protect his identity, has reportedly been advised by medical staff to have the organs surgically removed, even though it could trigger the menopause. Doctors believe Rob has a rare condition called persistent Müllerian duct syndrome (PMDS). This results in men developing both external male genitalia and internal female reproductive organs. ANIMAL WELFARE -STAND UP AGAINST POACHERS-Frontline teams 'unaware' of wildlife smuggler tactics

Front-line transport workers largely lack awareness on how criminal networks disguise illegal wildlife products, it emerged at a summit in Bangkok. Customs officials and wildlife trade experts say that educating freight forwarders and handlers of air, ship and land cargoes could help the fight against trafficking. Their recent meeting with transport operators was the first of its kind. "There was a genuine shock (among participants from the transport industry in the meeting) as to the magnitude of wildlife trade and the methods of disguise used by traffickers to transport these commodities," said Martin Palmer, an expert in global trade compliance requirements and international transport. "For example, when a rhino horn is ground down to powder, it's almost impossible to identify the difference between a box of grey chalk and a box of rhino horn powder, from a visual check. "Facts like these came as a big surprise to participants from the transport industry." Wildlife organisations say around 35,000 elephants are killed for their tusks every year, mainly in Africa. The South African government has said poaching of its rhinos reached a record of 1,215 last year. Only around 3,000 tigers are now left across the globe, which is only 5% of what the population was a century ago. Experts say despite international efforts against wildlife trafficking, criminal networks have been adopting new tactics in transporting the illegal goods - which are estimated to be worth up to $23bn annually, according to the United Nations Environment Programme. There were times the spirit was more predominant than others but remained a silent part of our physical world. Be cautious of the level 4 spirits who contact & chat; they may be wanting your sensitivity as a possession of their own – thinking they feel the existence of physical life again; not accepting of their own death or having to examine & see their own physical life before them as they relive the misery, hurt and pain they caused from selfish acts of greed or jealousy against another. 

Ask questions directly; speak to those of the light who seek their guides to find their way; those who want to evolve & move on to another higher plane of existence – they have achieved their purpose of remaining earthbound but have lost their way or they have lost contact with their spirit guide & now reside in the darkness. 
.. spirits/ghosts who still possess the human qualities of anger, greed, jealousy & material possessions will not speak directly about spirit guides or the light that they should seek … giving evasive, nonsensical answers that are irrelevant to the question as they choose to remain in the darkened physical world draining unsuspecting living beings of their energy, sensitivities and causing mischief & meaningless anger, frustration & chaos in day to day living hiding underneath the mask of communication from the spiritual realm; hunting & using an unsuspecting paranormal investigator or researcher’s eagerness to have evidence of the afterlife.

MY PAST IS NOT MY PRESENT?

Yes it was wrong for me to commit a crime -criminal damage in 1986 -Essex only excuse i have is i just split from my first, girlfriend ,only two woman in my life i know married to my second since 1991.I went to court twice got fines and a years probation which sometimes i did not attend as went weight training down the gym  instead yes did get in trouble.Since then i have been a normal life apart from a small dispute in Bideford about litter in garden -got warning letter.I  have been a volunteer for -meals on wheels,furniture store,helping people through befriending ,worked with special needs,challenging behavior,learning problems,sex offenders, mental health and i believe my past has not been a problem as i will tell or put in writing if requested about my past,i hope this does not affect and volunteer work i do now or in the future .
