I was in my thirties when I went through a horrendous experience. I was dealing with a childhood abuse issue when a well meaning therapist / healer tried to force the trauma out of me. I didn’t know anything about trauma at the time, I just knew I wanted the dysfunctional pattern in my life to stop. I now know the last thing you want to do is try and force trauma out. The short of it is my nervous system was completely compromised. I went from leading what would be considered a successful life to becoming unstable in all ways. I lost everything. I was broke within 18 months and homeless within 3 years. I was forced to go on a mad search to find out what the hell happened to me and how to get my life back.
It took me 5 years, but I did. I learned a great deal along the way and I now teach the result of that journey.
I learned that I have a higher plane of consciousness within me that is, in itself, healing. And when I align myself with that higher aspect of me I get better and things seem to magically work out. Life becomes lighter, easier, richer, fuller, more fun. I become connected to and a part of life, I become more alive! I learned that this plane of consciousness is who I really am, that it holds the keys to all of my wants, needs and desires and that it wants to live, and to live fully! I learned that my job is to let it.
It is your birthright, your destiny, to live a happy, rich and fulfilled life. As a matter of fact it is your job. It is what is best for everyone in your world and is why you came here. This life is waiting inside of you now. …Will you answer the call?
