The following is a personal account about d...r p...k a place that was supposed to provide c..e for people in thie r homes but the management are next to useless.No problem with the actual carers as excellent staff treated like shit.We had the following a person turning up with no form of id,refusing to wear protective gloves although a legal requirement due cross contamination unless written in care plan,management turning up to review care plan ignoring me and only trying to get dirt on previous manager.Other problems were staff told no mileage and half hour taken off daily hence why staff left,at moment d....r p...k is run on a hour by hour Rota with no one knowing when turning up or who.I heard in the grape vine that some clients were told by local authorities that d...r p ....k was no longer visiting and need to find new cars providers without warning really not on.In all my years in care work I never come across a fir m that still has no Rota in place after 3 weeks.we have now gone to another agency....good bye and good riddance to d...r p...k
