T-rex was an old romantic at heart! Scrape marks show fearsome theropods built 'love nests' and took part in 'prehistoric foreplay' 100 million years ago

But new research reveals these beasts had a much softer side. 
Palaeontologists have found evidence that dinosaurs used tender courtship displays and 'prehistoric foreplay' similar to some modern ground-nesting birds.
