A DERELICT HALL IN MERTHYR  TYDFIL ,SOUTH WALES HAS ONLY BEEN VALUED FOR THE GRAND SUM OF  ONE POUND DESPITE BEING BUILT BY BRUNEL-VICTORIAN ENGINEERING GENIUS.
