My childhood home was also home to the builder of the 1800’s; he was a presence in my life & growing up that was just an accepted part of life. There were times the spirit was more predominant than others but remained a silent part of our physical world.
I have investigated and researched the paranormal in New York, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida and Georgia; this also includes numerous undisclosed residential investigations. Be cautious of the level 4 spirits who contact & chat; they may be wanting your sensitivity as a possession of their own – thinking they feel the existence of physical life again; not accepting of their own death or having to examine & see their own physical life before them as they relive the misery, hurt and pain they caused from selfish acts of greed or jealousy against another.
Ask questions directly; speak to those of the light who seek their guides to find their way; those who want to evolve & move on to another higher plane of existence – they have achieved their purpose of remaining earthbound but have lost their way or they have lost contact with their spirit guide & now reside in the darkness.
.. spirits/ghosts who still possess the human qualities of anger, greed, jealousy & material possessions will not speak directly about spirit guides or the light that they should seek … giving evasive, nonsensical answers that are irrelevant to the question as they choose to remain in the darkened physical world draining unsuspecting living beings of their energy, sensitivities and causing mischief & meaningless anger, frustration & chaos in day to day living hiding underneath the mask of communication from the spiritual realm; hunting & using an unsuspecting paranormal investigator or researcher’s eagerness to have evidence of the afterlife.

MY PAST IS NOT MY PRESENT?
ART,CRYPTOZOOLOGY AND MAN , A POST OF AN IDEA
Caveman without fully knowing it was the first cryptologist via witnessing the animals,flora,insects in thier time.In what inspired them to create or find art in which we are left with in different .The earliest evidence of artistic activity, in the form of diagonal
etchings made with a shark tooth, was described cultures and forms.Sounds a crazy idea so far folks but the link between art,cryptozoology and man is thier and i hope by doing this blog post was meant to be a talk originally but don't think anyone would listen too.This post is just to put my idea weather or not i can prove it is more difficult but tahts part of the fun and deabate .Man came from apes than grow and was art born or a concept.I dont know if an idea already out in the world if so sorry -here is some info from wiki- In 2014 on a 500,000

GHOSTMAN HAS A BREAKDOWN
Wednesday -was in full paranoid mode -ie moving,thinking being judged.Went from being calm to losing the plot within 10 seconds managed to hit the wall with my fist ending it swelling up and hurting.I then went into my bedroom and just broke down and cried and was anti social ie not wishing to talk and shutting off wife.Next day was flat due to energy drain from day before ,going to quake on monday to start to sort myself out most of the time i am able to be calm but this part of me scares me and anyone that sees it ,so that hope thier is no more behaviour like this,mark

In 1987 I remember watching a martial arts film one night when I was just 9 years old, and I said to my mum & dad, I want to do that! So I went along to the Barnstaple Leisure centre and joined up with Mr. Peter Hill learning Wado Ryu karate, I managed to get my 'Yellow belt' in 1988.
When I turned 11 years old I trained in a Kung Fu style called Lau Gar with Mr. Chef Prince. I studied with him for 3 years.
In 1996 I started Freestyle Tae Kwon Do gaining my Black Belt in 2001.
In May 2001 I then started training with Andy Coles in what became Earth Ocean Martial Arts and have been their ever since.
I've also completed a Basic body guard course, held a SIA licence in security, I am First Aid trained, and have an up to date CRB enhanced disclosure certificate (DBS).
April 2013, I was certified by Mr.Andy Coles to be an instructor of Earth Ocean Martial Arts.

Email: waynoley@gmail.com -At the age of 16 (1986) I (Mr.C) have always been involved in the martial arts, I decided to take all of my knowledge and skills with my wife (Sharon) assistance, to create the style of Earth & Ocean Martial Arts. The first class commenced in January 2008.
This Year 2011 I have now incorporated Shan Xi style Xing Yi Quan, the qualities of this style is based on efficiency and economy of movements, it has a direct fighting concept utilising simultaneous attacks and defences
I’m always looking to improve and develop the style as my knowledge of the martial arts grows!
The main concept of this style is based on the theory of Yin & Yang; the techniques can be soft and fluid as well as dynamic and powerful.
Children's classes are from ages 7 to 11.
These classes incorporate more traditional concepts of learning, developing and using:
Concentration, Self-control, Self-discipline, Courtesy & Respect.
They are especially suited for children to focus their minds, get fit and learn practical skills to protect themselves from difficult situations in a fun and safe environment.
I have set in place rules for the children to follow as well as those listed above, which they must follow not only in training, but in everyday life.
Every 10 lessons junior students can go for a martial arts merit badge, this gives the student a challenge to work towards! And it helps improve their skills in the mastery of the martial arts.
Adult's classes are from ages 12 upwards.
These classes are ideally suited to those who wish to learn and understand the true meaning of the martial arts, improving health, getting fit/fitter and learning to protect themselves.
Earth & Ocean Martial arts is based on traditional techniques from a variety of backgrounds i.e. tae kwon do, karate, kick boxing, muay thai and the Chinese martial art commonly called Form Intention Boxing or Xing Yi Quan (I study this in Beijing with my BaGuaZhang master Mr Xiang Zheng).
Classes are based on fun and fitness, utilising pad work, circuits, drills, sparring, self defence and line work.
Classes also include- psychology, weapons, pressure point striking, disruption of the body and mind, minimum force-maximum effectiveness, energy work, forms/kata, and more.
