Well found an article in the Sun Newspaper -Monday February 16-2015.Its part crazy,part weird ,Professor Alan Robock says he was contacted  by the C.I.A to find out if any hostile  nations could trigger weather like floods or droughts.The professor is studying

CAN WE HAVE VOLUNTEERCAR SERVICE BACK IN BIDEFORD AREA?

A charity which provides transport to the elderly and disabled has had to shut down due to financial difficulties.
Torridge Community Transport Association issued a statement on Friday saying it was with ‘much regret’ it would cease trading.
A spokesman for the trustees said: “With increasing costs/overheads and declining revenue and funding across the transport sector, Torridge Community Transport Association’s (TCTA) financial position has been deteriorating for some months.
“The organisation has been working hard to try and find solutions to address this and have also worked in conjunction with their main customer, and funder, Devon County Council to try to resolve financial issues.
“Unfortunately cash flow has continued to deteriorate and it has now reached the point where further trading would make it be irresponsible and a breach of insolvency law.
“The trustees therefore have had to make a difficult decision and with much regret, to cease to trade with effect from 30 January 2014 and to instruct Bishop Fleming, Insolvency Practitioners, to assist with placing the company into liquidation.
“It is a sad end to an organisation that has provided a valuable and needed service in the Torridge community.”
TCTA is actively communicating with alternative service providers, to try to salvage some of its services for the community.
This time last year, the organisation took over the running of the Pannier Market Hopper in Bideford, which will now be operated by Beacon Bus.
The Ring & Ride service will continue but will be operated by Ilfracombe Community Transport Association. Passengers requiring the Ring & Ride service will need to telephone 01271 863630.
The spokesman added: “We are working hard to enable the continuation of the Voluntary Car Scheme, and will announce developments as soon as they are known.

Dogs Know What That Smile on Your Face Means- A new study lends further proof that your pet can read your emotions

Whether it's with a sympathetic tilt of the head or the excited sweep of a tail, dogs seem to be saying they can sense exactly what we're feeling. Science is still undecided on the matter, although evidence in favor of the idea is stacking up. Now, a new study has found that dogs are able to tell the difference between happy and angry human facial expressions. (Related: "Animal Minds" in National Geographic magazine.) Biologist Corsin Müller of the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna, Austria, and colleagues tested 11 dogs—including border collies, a fox terrier, a golden retriever, a German shepherd, and some mutts—using a touchscreen. The scientists trained the dogs to touch either a happy face or an angry face for a treat. They presented dogs with either the top half or the bottom half of the faces to ensure the animals weren't just responding to a smile or the baring of teeth. Emotions show on all parts of a human face, not just the mouth, says Müller, whose study was published February 12 in the journal Current Biology. "If you're angry, a wrinkle between the eyes shows up," he explains. The shape of the eyes can change too. World's rarest sea turtle found washed up on Devon beach

A man stumbled across one of the the world's rarest turtles on a Devon beach - and is now keeping it in his freezer. Ben Read discovered the dead Kemp's ridley sea turtle while out on a seaside walk. The critically-endangered Kemp's ridley is the rarest sea turtle in the world, with only 1,000 nesting females left. Mr Read, 28, desperately contacted a friend studying marine biology to help and was told the tiny creature is a Kemp's ridley. Concerned about how rare the turtle was, Mr Read took it back home with him and put it in his freezer while he awaits a visit from a marine biologist who will collect it for further analysis. "We ask people to keep their eyes peeled for stranded turtles during this stormy weather," he said. "Sometimes freshly stranded turtles can appear dead, but may still be alive and can be rescued. They should not be put back in the sea, as this will definitely kill them. "Instead, they should be moved away from the water to a sheltered place, preferably in a cardboard box out of draughts, and reported to experts for collection.

Today i attend my first martial arts assessment at northam hall,northam with  earth an martial and ocean martial arts.i was among others doing a seeion of exercises and martial art moves some i admit i found hard but i will try to improve and as i said to mr cole i like doing this .H opethose whi did thier balkbelts got them ,see you monday wayne for the norsml lessions ,mark aka ghostmanraines. No belt for me as just went to practice as see what needed to be improved ,next assessment i hope to go for a belt ,more work .from my tutor mr wayne ley-Hey mark, me Andy were talking after. And he said you done really well and impressed him. So he's said If you like you can go onto Yellow belt as you would of passed if you done the grading officially, but he requested that you pay for the grading to get your belt, which would of been £15 if not don't worry go for it again in 6 months, well done tho. Man born with a womb prepares for hysterectomy

A businessman is preparing to have a hysterectomy after doctors discovered he was born with a womb. The 37-year-old Lancashire man discovered he has a full set of female reproductive organs after undergoing scans for suspected bladder cancer. Now the man, who is being called Rob in order to protect his identity, has reportedly been advised by medical staff to have the organs surgically removed, even though it could trigger the menopause. Doctors believe Rob has a rare condition called persistent Müllerian duct syndrome (PMDS). This results in men developing both external male genitalia and internal female reproductive organs. ANIMAL WELFARE -STAND UP AGAINST POACHERS-Frontline teams 'unaware' of wildlife smuggler tactics

Front-line transport workers largely lack awareness on how criminal networks disguise illegal wildlife products, it emerged at a summit in Bangkok. Customs officials and wildlife trade experts say that educating freight forwarders and handlers of air, ship and land cargoes could help the fight against trafficking. Their recent meeting with transport operators was the first of its kind. "There was a genuine shock (among participants from the transport industry in the meeting) as to the magnitude of wildlife trade and the methods of disguise used by traffickers to transport these commodities," said Martin Palmer, an expert in global trade compliance requirements and international transport. "For example, when a rhino horn is ground down to powder, it's almost impossible to identify the difference between a box of grey chalk and a box of rhino horn powder, from a visual check. "Facts like these came as a big surprise to participants from the transport industry." Wildlife organisations say around 35,000 elephants are killed for their tusks every year, mainly in Africa. The South African government has said poaching of its rhinos reached a record of 1,215 last year. Only around 3,000 tigers are now left across the globe, which is only 5% of what the population was a century ago. Experts say despite international efforts against wildlife trafficking, criminal networks have been adopting new tactics in transporting the illegal goods - which are estimated to be worth up to $23bn annually, according to the United Nations Environment Programme. Be cautious of the level 4 spirits who contact & chat; they may be wanting your sensitivity as a possession of their own – thinking they feel the existence of physical life again; not accepting of their own death or having to examine & see their own physical life before them as they relive the misery, hurt and pain they caused from selfish acts of greed or jealousy against another. 

Ask questions directly; speak to those of the light who seek their guides to find their way; those who want to evolve & move on to another higher plane of existence – they have achieved their purpose of remaining earthbound but have lost their way or they have lost contact with their spirit guide & now reside in the darkness.

MY PAST IS NOT MY PRESENT?

Yes it was wrong for me to commit a crime -criminal damage in 1986 -Essex only excuse i have is i just split from my first, girlfriend ,only two woman in my life i know married to my second since 1991.I went to court twice got fines and a years probation which sometimes i did not attend as went weight training down the gym  instead yes did get in trouble.Since then i have been a normal life apart from a small dispute in Bideford about litter in garden -got warning letter.I  have been a volunteer for -meals on wheels,furniture store,helping people through befriending ,worked with special needs,challenging behavior,learning problems,sex offenders, mental health and i believe my past has not been a problem as i will tell or put in writing if requested about my past,i hope this does not affect and volunteer work i do now or in the future .

Wednesday -was in full paranoid mode -ie moving,thinking being judged.Went from being calm to losing the plot within 10 seconds managed to hit the wall with  my fist ending it swelling up and hurting.I then went into my bedroom and just broke down and cried and was anti social ie not wishing to talk and shutting off wife.Next day was flat due to energy drain from day before ,going to quake on monday to start to sort myself out most of the time i am able to be calm but this part of me scares me and anyone that sees it ,so that hope thier is no more behaviour like this,mark
