 easy steps for immediate stress relief are:
1) Slow down. Observe the energy around you without getting 
caught up in it. Don't take everything so seriously.
2) Move the energy. Go for a walk. Go to the gym. Dance.
Do something you enjoy that involves movement. Scream
In the garden,on your balcony.
3) Practice the art of breath release. The moment you feel
the stress or anxiety: Inhale through the nose for the 
count of 6, hold gently for the count of 3 and exhale
through the mouth for the count of 6. Then say the word
outloud... "Release"
Do this 5 to 10 times this may more calm,back in control,detach yourself and let go of the immediate stress that was bothering you
