Keep fit by Ghostman horror host
That's start with stretching as very important to earn up before doing exercise.I start on the rack
, it is a wooden frame with two ropes fixed to the bottom an the other two tier into the handle on top I then tie myself in and get my partner to turn the handle only to a light stretch as I don't with to dislocate my bones or tear off any limbs.
Next I go other to the treadmill or running machine to boast my stamina ,I carefully step on the burning hot larva burning the souls of my feet and do a light jog for five minutes.Now it's over to the mechanical chest press I place the cadaver weight of choice in the long skewer and precede to do reps of ten with this weight.Now I must do my legs,I place my feet into concrete boots and then lift my legs in a seated position and commence another rep of ten.After I finish I go over to the free weights ,a series of hallowed out heads with metal disc attached via iron bar that goes through the skull,the hallowed out eye sockets make perfect place to grip whilst doing a combination of exercises..shoulder press,bicep curl,and too many more to mention.I nearly at the end of my keep fit routine ,the last exercise the deadlift where you place a selection of various dead people and varying weighs in a specially made platform with a bar made of human skeleton s and handles made from their bones wrapped in stitched human skin.I have finished my keep fit routine for the day so it's time to go and relax in the iron maiden..
I use the iron maiden device as it's hinged front and spiked interior is great for releasing The unwanted blood and sweat in my pours of my skin...Are you ready to start your daily job now as we are awaiting some more canned souls from earth Mr.Lucifer.the end

Dairy of an ex Essex Weirdo PROLOGUE
THIS IS A SERIES OF EVENTS IN MY SOME WHAT BORING LEFT IT A SORT OF

CHILDHOOD MY EARLIEST MEMORIES I HAVE IS WHILST I WAS AT OUR LADIES OF
LOURDES. NUMBER 1 BEING ASKED TO PLAY THE PART OF MARK ANTHONY AND
KISS AND GIRL I RUN OFF OUT OF SCHOOL. NUMBER 2 SHOWING MY AGE ALL THE
GIRLS WEARING WHITE PRIMROLS WITH MARC BOLAN OR T_REX ON . NUMBER 3
THIS IS THE ONE THAT HAUNTED ME MOST OF MY LIFE I WAS CALLED INTO THE
OFFICE OF THE THE THEN HEADMISTRESS WHERE I ALONG WITH A GIRL WHO I
CAN NOT REMEMBER WERE INFORMED WE HAD BEEN KEPT BACK A YEAR ..MINE
WAS DUE TO NOT PAYING ATTENTION DURING MATHS LESSONS,IF HAPPEN TODAY
I LOT MORE WOULD HAVE KICKED OFF. SO THEN IT WAS ON TO THE SENIOR
SCHOOL, I ATTENDED AN ALL BOYS SCHOOL. IT WAS MOSTLY EASY. .A BIT OF
BULLYING I FINALLY GOT FED UP WITH ONE DAY IN THE DINNER LINE I SAID THE
WORD NO FOR MY PRIZE I WAS PUT IN A HEADLOCK LATER BUT I WAS LEFT ALONE
AFTERWARDS. NEARLY GOT THE CANE ONCE AS THE SCHOOL DID A SCHEME FOR
HELPING THE ELDERLY. .MY WIFE ENID PREFERS TERM RECYCLED
TEENAGER.WILL I WENT ALONG WITH THE OTHER PERSON AND WE WAGGED OFF
OUR APPOINTMENT AT THE ELDERLY, WAGGED IS TERM FOR NOT TURNING UP.CUT
TO THE CHASE I WAS AWAITING THE CANE..A CORPORAL PUNISHMENT NOW
BANNED. ...BUT I WAS LUCKY AS THE HEADMASTER KNEW MY GRANDFATHER.

It was a factory that sold hardware items .I managed to get to see Kate Bush in concert, I am talking about 1979 .This happened due to a workmate being let down so he had a spare ticket. I think the show was at the London Palivation? .I do remember being harassed by ticket touts offering to buy tickets, the show itself had dance ;magic; a fantastic performance by Kate Bush.

Mitzi was a friendly Jack Russell female dog who had strange white circles on her head that looked like halos.She played with Sally her owner every day in the nearby woods with Sally parents in the nearby.Sally would throw the tennis ball and mitzi would fetch.But one day mitz I did not come back she had gone missing,despite Sally and her parents searching high and low mitzi was nowhere to be found.Sally helped her parents put up a poster saying missing Jack Russell black and white in colour with unusual white looking halos on her head please if find her return her to 1,Shape Road,Holsworthy ty from Sally.These posters where put everywhere people could see them!A year had passed and poor Sally grieved for her lost best friend as she believed that mitzi had gone to the rainbow bridge..animal heaven.Sally was going to the shops when in the corner of her eye she saw mitzi on a lead with a tall ,thin man .Sally approached the thin,tall,man,she would not have normally done such a thing as taught never to speak with strangers but this was different as her emotions of missing mitzi overwhelmed her.Sally says to the man excuse me Mr I think you have found my beloved dog mitzi.The tall thin man looks down and says in a kind of creepy voice I think not little girl my dog is called iztim.Sally says that's just mitzi spelt backwards and she recognises those white halo like markings on her anyday,the talk thin man gives Sally a death like stars and says those my be halos to you but that is where I sawn off the horns so my devil dog would fit in among you human s.Sally got very anger and although she did not believe in violence she give the man a swift kick in his...sorry unable to say word as children horror story but you get the guist,then a kick in the head ,grabbed hold of the lead of the dog and ran like hell go leather ie very fast.Sally finally got home explained to her parents she had found her beloved dog mitzi.Sally and her parents locked the doors and tucked mitzi into bed and went upstairs to sleep as all tired from the strain of the day.Morning came and Sally came down for breakfast like every other day in the week,her parents were unusually late this morning,she looked across at mitzi and stood in shock as she saw her mums leg dangling in its jaws,blood ozing down its face,the laws were also covered in blood,paw footprints lead a trail to upstairs .Curiosity got the better of Sally whom went upstairs,she slowly crept into her parents bedroom ,she let out a piercing screams as before her eyes laid the mutuanted bodies of her parents ,her mums left leg was missing and on the wall was some writing in thick,sickly blood the message read..Dear Sally sorry about the mess but I was hungry and not eaten for a year thank you for releasing the curse on me..I was an angel born with horns but turned into a dog for a punishment by the big boss in the sky you know him as God.He turned my horns into halos ,I hate looking so cute and is thank you for being my friend and the hugs ps look behind you...Sally lets out the most horror scream ever heard..the end.
