My local doctor's health centre in Holsworthy is making mistakes, I presume, like mine. Some months ago, the doctor informed me over the phone to reduce metformin to 5oo g, which I have done, but I had to take out the non-required medication, i.e., the tablet taken after 4 pm. Then I was given a tablet. I informed the doctor not to taking the tablet, even put that in writing and made a complaint. Then today, 31-03-2026, I went to the local chemist to pick up the weekly docket box when the chemist said I had to ring the doctors due to a change in the script that was not understood by them. Got a phone call later on to confirm on 1 metformin a day .I dont blame the c not my job to inform other parties.hemist, it is totally the doctor's fault, as
