If you are from Devon and Cornwall you know all about the how is the best way to do a cream tea a staple in many a tea room in each county.The traditional Devonshire way is scone topped with cream first then jam.The traditional Cornish method is Jam first and cream  on top second .Which right you decide my dear reader.
