ILLNESS-HELP&

Realised the another day that its harder to fight illness as you get older.Yes i know i am only 52-tuesday 13th may-but with asthma,diabetic,neck problem-dizzness,movements i feel old.When youny illness was just a hassle and a bowl of soup from mum but now takes ages to recover or is it just me.
