Swans were intentionally beheaded -four swans were found beheaded in cornwall.The birds were found beheaded in RESTRONGUET CREEK near DEVORAN.Police unclear if 2 more birds re in an inaccessible part of this site,found in various states of decompostion.report on spolight news 17/oct/2013 -TONY WHITHEAD was the spokesperson.
