HOLSWORTHY HOT WATER SAGA

For reasons unknown we have not had any hot water for over 10 days so far ,yes not life threatening but a real inconvenience to us. We informed our local housing association Westward Housing; a plumber turned up on Monday 11th September after 10.00 am but was unable to help as it needed to be looked at by the contractors as seems no pressure in boiler which also means no heat . As I write this post we are awaiting a visit on Monday 18th September to see if can be fixed that's hope so.

FATBERG IN LONDON

A giant fatberg longer than Tower Bridge has been found under London. The fatberg is 820 ft long and weighs 130 tons.It consists of nappies; wet wipes, condoms and could take up to three weeks to get rid .

If you will read my story - you will part of my life, so nice to meet you stranger :) My name is Wioleta. My story is not too long. In 2014 I move out from Poland, for looking a better live. But a year later, I had an accident and I crushed my knee. Since the beginning of 2015 I am at home. 2 years of pain and strong pills. But I didn`t waste a time.. And this is the beginning of amazing idea. I was looking for something on Youtube, and accidentally I watched the movie about C++.. It was awasome! So I start learning from Youtube. Then I saw the clip about Unity, I ordered a books. I was learning everything on my self. Right now I`m still learning, but I change the enginee for Unreal 4. Also I have an adventure with android apps. Also, I start work on sculpture of 3D models. So what I need ? Why I`m here ? I need a little help. From some reason, I need to make legal company. Also, I need to change my PC for better. Right now I`m working on Intel Core i5 and GeForce GTX 660 and Windows 7. In some case I can`t even build a light maps. Or make an UV Map of my model. So like you see, your support is very important. Your support will give me a main tool for working. I`m hard working person, I spend about 10-16 hours per day on working. Dissociative disorders

Explains what dissociative disorders are, including possible causes and how you can access treatment and support. Includes tips for helping yourself, and guidance for friends and family.

What is dissociation?

Dissociation is one way the mind copes with too much stress, such as during a traumatic event. The word dissociation can be used in different ways but it usually describes an experience where you feel disconnected in some way from the world around you or from yourself.

If you dissociate for a long time, especially when you are young, you may develop a dissociative disorder. Instead of dissociation being something you experience for a short time it becomes a far more common experience and often the main way you deal with stressful experiences.

When might I dissociate?

For many people, dissociation is a natural response to trauma that they can't control. It could be a response to a one-off traumatic event or ongoing trauma and abuse. You can read more on our page about the causes of dissociative disorders.
Some people choose to dissociate as a way of calming down or focusing on a task. Or as part of a religious or cultural ritual.
You might experience dissociation as a symptom of a mental health problem (for example schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder or post traumatic stress disorder) or as a side effect of some drugs, medication, coming off some medication and alcohol.

How might I experience dissociation?

Dissociation can be experienced in lots of different ways.

Psychiatrists have tried to group these experiences and give them names. This can help doctors make a diagnosis of a specific dissociative disorder. But you can have any of these dissociative experiences even if you don't have a diagnosed dissociative disorder.

Some dissociative experiences include:	A doctor or psychiatrist might call these experiences:
having gaps in your life where you can't remember anything that happened not being able to remember information about yourself or about things that happened in your life	dissociative amnesia
travelling to a different location and taking on a new identity for a short time (without remembering your identity)	dissociative fugue
feeling as though the world around you is unreal seeing objects changing in shape, size or colour seeing the world as 'lifeless' or 'foggy' feeling as if other people are robots (even though you know they are not)	derealisation
feeling as though you are watching yourself in a film or looking at yourself from the outside feeling as if you are just observing your emotions feeling disconnected from parts of your body or your emotions feeling as if you are floating away feeling unsure of the boundaries between yourself and other people	depersonalisation
your identity shifting and changing speaking in a different voice or voices using a different name or names switching between different parts of your personality feel as if you are losing control to 'someone else' experience different parts of your identity at different times acting like different people, including children	identity alteration
find it very difficult to define what kind of person you are feeling as though there are different people inside you	identify confusion

Triggers and flashbacks

A trigger is a reminder of something traumatic from the past, which can cause you to experience dissociation or other reactions. It could be a sight, sound, taste, smell or touch. It could be a situation or way of moving your body. Many different things can be or become triggers.

In a flashback you may suddenly experience traumatic sensations or feelings from the past. This might be prompted by encountering a trigger. You may experience the flashback as reliving a traumatic event in the present. A flashback may cause you to switch to another part of your identity.

I felt like my body didn’t belong to me, it was like I was an outsider watching my own story unfold.

If you have dissociated memories (because of amnesia or because you experience different identity states with different memories) then you may find that these resurface during flashbacks.

GOODBYE SID HENLEY

I have just heard about the loss of a C.F.Z community person called Sid Henley.I met Sid twice both at events held by Jon Downes at Weirdweekend he had a book stall. Did was up for a chat and friendly towards me and I even brought a book from his stall he will be very sadly missed by all at C.F.Z community all of who have good words to say about phim.

CROCODILE SHOW A BIT SCARY

If you visit Australia and may go to a tourist attractions know as Game of Death . This attraction is scary as you can get within inches of Saltwater crocodiles who can be up to 16 ft . A thin wall separates people who some like to dare to plant kisses on massive jaws.

ARE YOU A VAMPIRE?

It seems that the tales of vampires is based on a real rare blood disorder. Experts have discovered a genetic mutation that in some people traits to undead or vampires as sensitivity to light. In child with this disorder have very pale skin which blisters in sun and anaemia. Normal treatment of disorder is stay inside and blood transfusions but some sufferers would drink blood of an animal at night.

MY ILLNESS UPDATE AND DISAPPOINTMENT.

Today I finally received my letter from royal Devon and Exeter hospital about my illness.Basically I attended the cognitive disorders clinic due too memory problems and had to give a brief history about myself and my other illness i have and medication on.I Did not do a cognitive function test on day and I have had a score of 79 in Addenbrooke,s cognitive examination with Dr.Fryer who found some evidence of global decline in cognitive function. The conclusion and recommendations of consultant Professor A.J Zeeman seen on 10 August 2017 in his own words are (as we discussed i do not think you have any progressive neurological disorder giving raise to memory or language difficulties.your normal neurological examination is reassuring.you have evidence of low mood and anxiety a present with symptoms of dissociation(the feeling of that you or the world is real) .Psychological disturbance of this kind can often interfere with memory and concentration and I think this is likely the majority of your cognitive symptoms. I been referred back to Abbotsham clinic in Bideford to see a dr.devasahayam how how best too manage these problems .Professor A.J.ZEEMAN looked at both my ct and scan and mri nd is more likely that I have some wear and tear in blood vessels of brain related o my high blood pressure and diabetes which may be playing a part in causing symptoms but consultant suspects not a major part. Why am I disappointed well it may be just personnel belief but here goes my diabetes is only checked due to history of coma in past due to high blood sugar levels of 124,yes I have had a history of depression in past but I think this influences who people think of me (history of suicide) . Yes I conceive that I agree with low mood and anxiety about how does that explain all my problems I have been having at moment feel tests a waste of time and I have been talking a a load of rubbish and everyone think I am a dishonest person.

DENVER MICHAELS INTERVIEW

What inspired me?

I have always had a fascination with the paranormal and unexplained. Since my early 20s (I am in my early 40s now) , I have wanted to write a book. A couple of years ago, I finally made the leap—I combined my passion for the unexplained with my love for writing and released my first book People are Seeing Something: A Survey of Lake Monsters in the United States and Canada. Since then, I have written two other books on unexplained phenomena.

Future Plans?

I intend to pursue writing as far as it will take me! Ideally, in the not-so-distant future, I will be able to pursue my writing and research on a full-time basis. I am currently working on a book about giants.

SOLAR LINK TO WHALE DEATHS

Research is saying that solar storms may have killed 29 whales by affecting ability to navigate. Sperm whales last year got lost in North Sea and died on beaches in uk;Holland; Germany. Whales are believed to use solar storms to navigate by using the earth's magnetic field .

RUDDY SHELDUCK RECORDED FLYING VERY HIGH

A study by university of Exeter of migration of the bird ruddy shelduck recorded this mallard like bird flying at 22,000 ft to cross the himalayas.

Sammy gets harpooned

The seal known as Sammy to the locals of Brixham Devon was seen to have a 2 ft harpoon in its back. Sammy has evaded rescue attempts.

EXCALIBUR found?

A young girl found a 4ft sword at Dozmary pool on Bodmin Moor .why is this important it's is said that it is where the lady of the lake caught the legendary sword of King Arthur it is likely sword may be film prop.
