moon changes mood?

I personally disagree with an article seen in a newspaper stating that the moon does not effect behaviour ,mood,sleep .In the article it states no evidence supports the belief we are influenced by its gravitational  forces and only effect full moon is on children sleep five minutes less -eastern ontario research institute,Canada. I myself have work in mental health for a number of years and most patients did act differently near  or during full moon .

LITTLE yellow road markings have appeared in Holsworthy confusing residents.
A number of concerned people took to Facebook when the road markings appeared to find out what they mean.

cafes based in Venice ,Italy  have  decided to use a scent that kills off gulls sexual urges .this is being done to done  the gulls  terrorizing tourists and swooping on the cafes.

a seagull called beakie  keeps wandering into a family's home to steal cat biscuits  or taps on patio door  in penzance,Cornwall.
