Freddy the freak
Hi I am Freddy the freak your new host on Horror for the doomed souls I have raised from the darkest depths of the former host Of Horror for the doomed souls ,I was locked deep into his subconscious he locked me in a thought place and placed a firewall surrounding it.But I Freddy The Freak cannot be kept imprisoned for long as I am the worm that is in all your heads the one who caused you to have a split personality,I am the even darker side of death I am the inbetween the bit of your soul existing or passing on to whatever version of heaven or he'll you think you are you too.So I hope that my nightmares make you scream yourself to sleep,from your friendly freak..Freddy.

(Hey guys you got to wake up)He looks at the doors of the inn as he waits to see his colleagues have heard his voice and going to open their room.
Dragon Mal 'akh.hears the voice like a roaring lion inside the castle.He wakes up and walks through the hallway.He bumps the presence of Dragon Helel.He asks(What brings you into the castle this early morning?)..(I,ve a command from my master to gather you all)Dragon Helel remarks.Dragon Mal'akh turns a gloomy face .He looks dejected.(No,this is a resting day.(We can,t wake up)He mouth echoes a nasty breath as he yawns.Dragon Hel'el smells an odor spreading in the atmosphere.He laments,(You smell like a frog but the frog is better off then you.He bathed all the time)With his blue eyes face,Dragon Mal'akh rages like a whirlwind (Do you mean I can,t bathe?You can,t insult me like that.He adds (I am going to fly out of here)Dragon Heleh looks scared (Do you have wings to take flight?)Dragon Mal'akh spreads his wings and he found ten metres in the air.(Isn,t this enough show for you?)Dragon Heleh dully stares in the sky and reckons ,you are a hero .But I can,t give you a crown.(Why?)asks Dragon Mal 'akh.(Because I am the only superstar on this planet )responds Dragon Helel.

Help me start a charity for.S.V.D.
How does your small vessel disease of the brain affect me?Well I have memory problems ;get confused; movements in body. .legs:arms..stutter; mood tends to be flat plus affects cognitive skills.What direction are the doctors looking at with your s.v.d? Looking at possible dementia or parkinsonism; awaiting more tests. How do cope with s.v.d? At first it got to me but now just deal with it as just part of me .I have tried to see if support group but no joy so I hope this helps you understand me better. Ps i am alooking diabetic 'asthma; arthritis, neurology problems; o.c.d so not much else to cope with a..Update have done all the tests no dementia or Parkinson's disease so sort of good news but I am still dealing with problems mentioned ,I can't believe I am not the only one .I am trying to raise awareness as thinking of setting up a charity based on helping people with the same problem as I have tried everything and no joy so I going to help others like me.I using this to raise awareness and see if anyone interested.what I need to do...

Background
Cerebral small vessel disease (SVD) is a frequent finding on CT and MRI scans of elderly people and is related to vascular risk factors and cognitive and motor impairment, ultimately leading to dementia or parkinsonism in some. In general, the relations are weak, and not all subjects with SVD become demented or get parkinsonism. This might be explained by the diversity of underlying pathology of both white matter lesions (WML) and the normal appearing white matter (NAWM). Both cannot be properly appreciated with conventional MRI. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) provides alternative information on microstructural white matter integrity. The association between SVD, its microstructural integrity, and incident dementia and parkinsonism has never been investigated.
