J.T. Madicus — author, producer, medical activist, and entrepreneur on his new medical drama/thriller novel with real-life medical science, No Second Chances, the first novel of five in the Final Diagnosis series. Final Diagnosis: No Second Chances is a thriller novel that also teaches you medicine. Embedded within the captivating plot are real-life medical scenarios where the reader can watch the heroes analyze, diagnose and treat patients. The characters and the plot are fiction, but the medical cases are real. You'll be learning medicine, but it won't feel like any kind of study that you've done before! The novel series tackles hard-hitting themes and realities of the American Medical Industry, including: Medical students are suffering. ⅓ medical students experience symptoms of depression at some point in their lives. Suicide rates among doctors and medical students are astronomical. America is heading towards a catastrophic shortage of doctors, among others. Truth behind disease, insurance and medical community Additionally, the first novel has already taken life into the form of a film and is set to premiere in May 2020. The novels and the upcoming film are consistent with J. T. Madicus’s philosophy to revolutionize medical education and bring it into the 21st century. The psychological tension, depth of characters, and fast-paced plot will be entertaining to the average reader as well as the medical expert. The novel will be available for purchase on Amazon next month. I look forward to booking a J.T. Madicus interview with you.

Blurb.
Narcissist. Alcoholic. Drug addict. These are not typically qualities we look for when choosing a doctor. But this isn’t the world your parents grew up in. In troubled times, perhaps only a hero with a history of sin and enough character flaws to fill a textbook can get the job done. After all, one man’s insanity is another’s genius.
It’s no wonder they need Tseng alive. His medical skills are without match. With just a glance, he can deduce things about a person they barely even know about themselves. But his enemies are relentless. And his personality… well. If the bullets don’t do the job, the pills probably will.
Far from home, Tseng and his sidekicks of troubled yet talented doctors must solve complex medical mysteries, all the while staying one step ahead of the dark forces that want them dead. Tseng’s past may, however, be the greatest riddle of all.
The first book in the Final Diagnosis series, No Second Chances is a tale of mystery, suspense, and drama based on real medical knowledge. It is the inspiration for the upcoming feature film, "No Second Chances," that is currently in post-production.

The Count by Mark Antony Raines .Chapter 2
Dracula is aboards the Russian ship, the Demeter, taking along with him his wooden coffin which due to his vampire curse contains Transylvanian soil, which gives him the ability to regain his strength.
Whilst on the Demeter the crew like all seafarers grumble among themselves ,and grow restless as some believe the item to be cursed and the captain should have refused the coffin to be part of the cargo.
Day blends into plutonium darkness Keith only the twinkling of the stars above to break it.
The night watchman heard a dull swish and before he can perceive what the sound was,Dracula is standing over him sinking his fangs into his neck bleeding every drop of his crimson iron rich blood and draining his life force away.
A orb like light leaves his lastest victim ,this turns Not black and disappears.
Not long afterward, the ship having weighed anchor at Varna, runs aground on the shores of Whitby in the east coast of England.
The ship is found by a group of smugglers who watch the shores for such events to loot them of their treasures.
One of the motley members of the smugglers finds the captain's log which their read out of human curiosity the log narrates the gradual disappearance of the entire crew, until the captain alone remained, himself bound to the helm to maintain course.
With this the member turns to regale it back to his fellows but he is set upon by a large animal with fangs and bat like wings ,all the others are set upon and ripped apart, blood drained, souls sent to hell.
The ship's cargo is described as silver sand and 50 boxes of "mould", or earth, from Transylvania.
Dracula successfully purchased multiple estates under the alias 'Count De Ville' throughout London thanks to Jonathan and already devised to distribute the 50 boxes to each of them utilizing transportation services as well as moving them himself.
He does this to secure for himself "lairs" and the 50 boxes of earth would be used as his graves which would grant safety and rest during times of feeding and replenishing his strength.

This book emerged from a person’s desire to leave a legacy for future generations, and in so doing, enable them to define their identity, underscore their birthright and enlarge their posterity. It will reach into the annals of history and discover mothers, fathers, grandfathers, grandmothers, sister and brothers who removed the branches of poverty, unwound the threads of discrimination and paved the way to success.
Briefly, the first chapter highlights the origin of slavery in America, its progression, slave resistance, and the political machine that guided slavery from forced labor, to forced labor generated by racism, greed and prejudice.
Following chapters reveal the author’s ever-expanding understanding of slavery and the American slave—a view that says, “I am proud of my ancestry and recognize that the success each African American enjoys in this country today, originated from the courage, strength and bravery of the slave of yesterday.” This knowledge is freedom—freedom from guilt, fear, shame and a “less than” mentality slavery sought to inflict on us.
The last thirteen chapters are reflections and recollections by the author of her thirteen siblings, their actions and interactions with American culture and society.

The Count by Mark Antony Raines Chapter 1
My Name is Jonathan and this is my account of strange events as I was ask to go to Transylvania as was newly qualified English solicitor to attend to the affairs of a sale to a man by the name of Count Dracula.
His castle was in the Carpathian Mountains on the border of Transylvania, Bukovina, and Moldavia, to provide legal support for a real estate transaction overseen by my employer, Mr Peter Hawkins of Exeter.
At first the Count seemed gracious in his manner after my long arduous journey on a trek through woods,a dirt track roads and a change of carriages halfway as my original driver refused to go beyond a certain point leaving in the woods and crossing himself with mad intent.
I recount my journey to the Count,A tall thin man whose eyes make you feel transfixed to your spot.
I am invited to stay the night and informed to stay in my room until the rising of the sun at dawn, this made feel like a prisoner.
I get restless and start Wandering the Count's castle against Dracula's admonition,
I encounter three female on their way to my room called "the sisters", before their can approach me t he voice of Dracula tells them to get back to their room as He said very strangely that was not for them this time.Dracula turns to me and looks straight into my eyes and I am impaled to go back into my room and sleep.
I awake the next day and check my door it's not locked so I leave my room for a second time,I wander around the castle and begin to notice in the daylight it's full of cobwebs and the eerie silence of no people ,no birds,no nothing but the grey walls seemly closing in on you.
I wander for ages and and find not a sole ,I come upon a large oak door with strange cravings of a flying bats and writing of an unknown knowledge,I check to see if I can enter.
The oak door creaks open I am shocked and stunned to find a large coffin sitting upon a stone altar .
Suddenly I am hit on the head from behind ,I fall to the ground with a thud.
I awaken to find myself tied up and the Count Dracula smiling and revealing a set of teeth with two of them pointed like fangs.
Dracula tells me how he became a creature of night vampire.
Many centuries ago he was one of Ivan the Terrible s captive s nailed to a wooden cross and long pikes sink into their skins so to let them bleed to death while Ivan the Terrible watched and eat his dinner.
Thinking he Dracula was dead he was left to fit and await the vultures, hyena, and insects to feast on his cadaver.
Dracula screamed to the devil to save him and a black figure appeared and said to him I will give you the power to live and return you will suck the blood of your victims and their souls will be mine, your power is only during the night as it represents Darkness,I give you the ability to transform into a bat,the client dark messenger of the night.
Dracula felt two fangs plunge into his neck and blood being drained ,we he awoke he had an overwhelming need to feed on blood as he pulled his body from the cross.
Jonathan asks why are you telling me this ,well says Dracula I need to move on from here as my enemy is coming so I decided to try out England,I just needed you to set it up and your usefulness is at an end.
After the preparations are made, Dracula leaves Transylvania and abandons Jonathan to the sisters who were also vampires.
Jonathan barely escapes from the castle with his life,as the sisters surrounded him he was ready to meet his maker ,but luck was in his side for the Count had regaled his tale to long and a faint sun ray beamed into the room causing the sisters to back away,Jonathan just about manages to pull the curtains down and in doing this act caused the sisters bodies to combust into flames,so Jonathan run for his life as fast as his little legs would let him.

In September of 2005, Abbie Johnson married Bill Taylor. She was in her mid−forties, and he was nineteen years older. Three months later, Bill suffered the first of two strokes that paralyzed his left side and confined him to a wheelchair. Abbie Johnson Taylor, once a registered music therapist, uses prose and poetry to tell the story of how she met and married her husband, then cared for him for six years despite her visual impairment. At first, there was a glimmer of hope that Bill would walk again, but when therapists gave up on him seven months after his second stroke, Taylor resigned herself to being a permanent family caregiver.
She discusses learning to dress him and transfer him from one place to another, sitting up with him at night when he couldn’t urinate or move his bowels, and dealing with doctors and bureaucrats to obtain necessary equipment and services. There were happy times, like when she played the piano or guitar and sang his favorite songs, or when they went out to eat or to a concert. She also explains how she purchased a wheelchair accessible van and found people to drive it, so they wouldn’t always depend on the local paratransit service’s limited hours. In the end, she describes the painful decision she and Bill made to move him to a nursing home when he became too weak for her to care for him in September of 2012. He seemed to give up on life and passed away a month later.

I live in Sheridan, Wyoming, where for six years, I cared for my late husband Bill, totally blind, who was partially paralyzed by two strokes soon after we were married. Before that, I was a registered music therapist and worked for fifteen years in a nursing home and other facilities that served senior citizens. I have a visual impairment, and during this time, I facilitated a support group for others like me. I also taught braille and served on the advisory board of a trust fund that allows persons with blindness or low vision to purchase adaptive equipment and services.
