MONSTERS OF THE NIGHT by Mark Antony Raines..Illustrations bY Mark Antony Raines. Comedy Friendly Zombie Production 2019 SYNOPSIS I thought I have a go at writing and illustrations about my children fave s monsters so this what I came up with.It's a children's book so please enjoy.I like t state I am not responsible for any nightmares due to reading this book.

. PROLOGUE . This is a cartoon illustrations I created based on classic horror movie monsters I like and found entertainment and joy from watching through the years. This is my children book based on these monsters THE MUMMY. Usually occurs in a horror film when an Egyptian tomb is discovered with a curse written in ancient Egyptian text is deciephed to reveal a long forgotten curse.Most famous betrayal is that of Boris Kaloff in the black and white era of horror. FRANKENSTEIN Well to be correct Dr Frankenstein is the creator of the monster made from parts of various humans stitched together to complete a whole body.A brain.is placed inside the skull and then through the power generated by lighting comes alive.It always leads to the creation going off the tracks and being condemned by the locals ,pitch fork s and fire batons wishing to kill the monster in the end..Boris Karloff played him famously during the era of black and white horror film s. . DRACULA.. Origins begin with Vald the Impaler who favorite trick was to put his defeated enemies on crosses and cut them until bleed to death.This in turn inspired Bram Stoker to write about an immortal being who feasts on human blood to sustain his existence.Able to walk during the night to find its prey and put them in a trance so he can sink his fangs in to the victims neck.He is repelled by a wooden cross and garlic and be killed with a wooden stake wa through the heat.Christopher Lee played him famously in the Hammer House of Horror Films.Bela lugosi was buried wearing a Dracula cape. WEREWOLF. For most the time just a normal person living an average life until the phase of the Full moon .During the Full moon the person is transformed into a beast part man part wolf capable of killing with his or her claws and fang teeth .If the werewolf bits you and you are a survivor you too will turn at the next full moon.Their is only one way to kill a werewolf and it's with a silver bullet.Lou Chaney and Lou Chaney Jr played the part in the early years of horror. ZOMBIE. Animated corpse raised from the grave .Able to move slowly and needing your brain to keep it alive,but in the sense we understand.Can be killed with a bullet through the brain.If you wish to check out a zombie production film I recommended Night of The Living Dead which is a public domain horror movie.Not the first Zombie film made but the one that heavy influenced all the zombie films and programmes that came after it . Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
A buttons is fancy,
And so are you.
Orchids are white,
Ghost ones are rare,
Horse are grey,
And so is your hair.
Magnolia grows,
With buds like eggs,
Cells are hairy,
And so are your legs.
Sunflowers reach,
Up to the skies,
Americans are black,
And so are your eyes.
Foxgloves in hedges,
Surround the farms,
Faces are tanned,
And so are your arms.
Daisies are pretty,
Daffies have style,
Your light is dazzling,
And so is your smile.
A daffodil is beautiful,
Just like you.

Tony's Torment - The Villanelle Of Shoes by Mark Antony Raines
Tony couldn't stop thinking about shoes
They were just so golden and skinny
But he could never forget the abuse
That morning, Tony was shocked by the muse
He found himself feeling rather finny
Tony couldn't stop thinking about shoes
Later, Tony was spooked by a bruise
He tried to focus on a pliny
But he could never forget the abuse
Rachel tried to distract him with a cruise
Said it was time to start thinking about an ignominy
Tony couldn't stop thinking about shoes
Tony took action like a ruse
Shoes were like a toxic guinea
But he could never forget the abuse
Tony nosedived like a skinny news

Dr. Heather Lynn's Story
Dr. Heather Lynn is an author, historian, and renegade archaeologist, on a quest to uncover the truth behind ancient mysteries. Heather has explored the reaches of the unknown on a personal quest to find the truth about human origins. She broke away from mainstream academia after realizing that much of what we know about our history is based solely on the consensus of elite, often politically motivated, individuals and institutions. After earning her associate degree in archaeology, she continued to study anthropology and history, earning her MA in History. She went on to pursue her doctorate in education at the University of New England. Her dissertation raises questions about the pedagogical value of digital technologies in museums. As a life-long learner, she regularly participates in professional development courses and holds certificates in Human Osteoarchaeology from Leiden University and Archeoastronomy from Politecnico di Milano.
After much soul searching, she turned down a traditional position in academia to venture down a more spiritual path, becoming an ordained minister and earning a doctorate in Comparative Religion. Heather is a member of professional organizations, including: the American Historical Association, the Society for Historical Archaeology (SHA), Association of Ancient Historians, and World Archaeological Congress. Although Heather Lynn is a scholar, it is her open-minded approach that makes her a true renegade. Her research includes hidden history, ancient mysteries, mythology, folklore, the occult, symbolism, paleocontact, and consciousness.
In addition to regular appearances on podcasts and radio programs like Coast to Coast AM, Heather Lynn has been a historical consultant for television programs, including History’s Ancient Aliens. Her own show, Digging Deeper, is now available on YouTube, iTunes, TuneIn, Stitcher, and Spotify.
In her spare time, she plays the French horn in a local symphony orchestra whose performances raise money to provide art and cultural education to low-income communities. She loves tennis, classical music, and a good cup of tea.
