Background Information
I've been a Health & Wellness coach for 13 years and in the last 2+ years discovered what I call, "the missing link" to optimal health.
I'm proud to be partnered with the first and only Mental Wellness Company in the Direct Sales Industry.
We focus on the science of the gut-brain connection and how it affects both our physical and emotional health.
Our society, especially our children are in great need of holistic solutions to improve focus, manage stress, improve sleep, ease anxiety, elevate mood, and improve immune system function so the body can become the miracle that it is.
I believe strongly in seeking out holistic solutions as a first line.
Medications can have very serious side effects and my life's work has become to educate our families on the holistic solutions that exist today.
