Episode 12
September 2008
CFZ
Still On The Track
Opens with scenes of CFZ weirdweekend and Jonathan Downes saying .
"Welcome to a another episode of ON The Track "
Scenes from the CFZ Weirdweekend event which is from Jonathan Downes home base of Woolfardisworthy in North Devon, England.
Lots of merriment and scenes from around the local village hall.
Richard Freeman helping the areas local children in a game of hitting a dragon object to abtain a prize.
Jonathan Downes talking to local children dressed as fairies .
Then a short film about the story of the very frist Weirdweekend.
Showing scenes of a little girl singing then we go to the village hall for the main event were we see the children dressed as fairies dance around a cardboard representation of Stone Henge.
Then Jonathan Downes opens the event and is joined by Karl Shuker who precedes with a black and white cat on film screen in background and Karl Shuker then talks about his book
Dr Shuker s Casebook.
Next bit is Richard Freeman talking about marine crypids whilst wearing a white cloth hat,it must be a Yorkshire thing, who precedes to showcase a book.
Then Michael A Woodley mention s .
The Wake of Bernard Heuvelmans.
Then an person who s name I do not know talking about insects then shows Corrina Downes, sadly. Missed a beetle.
I presume more about insects in this video as not able to lipread, shame.
News from Fox News, news show based in the good old United States of America showing images of a Bigfoot Hunter who was claiming at the time of filming to have found remains of a Sasquatch, I may be wrong I think this was later to be debunked as a hoax, yes I was right it was debunked as a hoax.
Then footage of people lost to the world of
Cryptozoology but I am unsure.
More scenes from Weirdweekend at Murtle Cottage and village hall .
Richard Freeman in a victorian top hat I wonder if he is a fan of the children's television show Mr Benn, children having fun.
I must invest in a lipreading course.
Then the New and Rediscovered Animals bit ,to me always very interesting and informative.
Then Jonathan Downes signing off.
A lady who s name I have forgotten and has been seen in various episodes of On The Track showing images of rescued cats and feeding them.
More images of insects from one of the many stalls at Weirdweekend of 2008 I believe held at end of August.
This comment is a redit due to a message from Jonathan Downes

Well never mind this is the reedit not in all capital s as previously and I hope at least algorithm s will not send the boys around to sort me out.
