PRESSURE ON WIFE TO ATTEND APPOINTMENT

My wife Enid  is having  pressure  put on her from the doctor and North  Devon  Hospital  to attend  a appointment this Monday 16th October 2016 .                             We are having trouble  trying to  get  hold of a adult  wheelchair  to help her  to get around  easier  due her disability and we are both  angry about  the  way the pressure  to go is affecting my  wife's  health making  her feel  stressed.                Why is is this and are we there only  ones who experienced this .
