That's start with stretching as very important to earn up before doing exercise.I start on the rack
, it is a wooden frame  with two ropes fixed to the bottom an the other two tier into the handle on top I then tie myself in and get my partner to turn the handle only to a light stretch as I don't with to dislocate  my bones or tear off any limbs.
Next I go other to the treadmill or running machine to boast my stamina ,I carefully step on the burning hot larva burning the souls of my feet and do a light jog for five minutes.Now it's over to the mechanical chest press I place the cadaver weight of choice in the long skewer and precede to do reps of ten with this weight.Now I must do my legs,I place my feet into concrete boots and then lift my legs in a seated position and commence another rep  of ten.After I finish I go over to the free weights ,a series of hallowed out heads with metal disc attached via iron bar that goes through the skull,the hallowed out eye sockets make perfect place to grip whilst doing a combination of exercises..shoulder press,bicep curl,and too many more to mention.I nearly at the end of my keep fit routine ,the last exercise the deadlift where you place a selection of various dead people and varying weighs in a specially made platform with a bar made of human skeleton s and handles made from their bones wrapped in stitched human skin.I have finished my keep fit routine for the day so it's time to go and relax in the iron maiden..
I use the iron maiden device as it's hinged front and spiked interior is great for releasing The unwanted blood and sweat  in my pours of my skin...Are you ready to start your daily job now as we are awaiting some more canned souls from earth Mr.Lucifer.the end
