Watershed is it still valid
The watershed is what you can watch after 9.00 pm.In my youth i would watch programmes like these on my t.v upstairs as i knew it would contain violence, sex or both and in playground next day you would brag about this.N ow the lastest concern is programme s like soaps are pushing this boundary but we live in an age that you can watch anything on your computer as long as you tick the right box or pin number you can watch anything. Yes i do think you have to be careful what younger children watch but it is hard as they are more technical able than our generation. So whts the answer will i dont know as i think we are to late to stop.

Mision statement
Mufon ufo an interview
What inspired you? Since I was a young girl, I have always had an interest in the paranormal. My main interest would be Ufology. I read a book when I was in JR High about Project Blue Book and have just been interest ever since. I began reading and watching all that I could on the subject, finding many cases that intrigued me along the way. I began stargazing in my 20s, something that my family and I could enjoy together and became an amateur backyard astronomer. I have seen things that I couldn't explain, but nothing as significant as the stories that I've heard. A couple years ago I started Facebooking different sites and really utilizing the internet and what it offers. I found that there were others, so many people that were out there that shared my interest. Credible people with stories of their own, searching for answers, and people that were investigating, researching, and collecting data in a scientific manner. I joined MUFON and went to a conference in Memphis. I found that research was going on in all the different aspects of the paranormal, but that most places were dedicated to only one type of research. I thought if there was a way for people that were interested in different aspects of the paranormal field to meet and discuss different things, then maybe there could be a sharing of ideas. What are your aims? My goal is simple, but it seems to be complicated to achieve. I want people to discuss these things as openly as you would as if you were talking about how your day at work went with one another. I want there to be open discussion about the different paranormals instead of a bickering between the fields. Imagine the research that could possibly be correlated if there was open communications. Every field of study wants to be taken seriously, but then you have people that are in one field mocking the people in another, or you have people in the same field arguing among one another. I don't want people to agree, I just want people to agree to disagree and share their works. Maybe something can be learned from one another and the puzzles can be put together. What plans do you have for the future? These are plans that are not just my plans. The CTP Organization has several staff members. We are all interested in some type of paranormal field and we are trying to share information about what interest each of us. We are trying to promote our Facebook Group to as many people as possible so that we can build our membership to reach more people. We are trying to build open discussions by sharing information we find, asking questions, bringing in as many experts as possible to our page, finding actual research to share, and even creating book reading groups. One goal I would like to achieve (much, much later down the road) is a Paranormals Only Library, both digital and hard copy accessible. Somewhere for research to be shared. Most libraries have few books related to the paranormal and this would be someplace for people to seriously research their topics of interest. We've considered an internet radio show built around normal people sharing their stories for everyone to hear, people are searching for answers and maybe we could help place them with the people they need to speak to for that help. Lastly, our organization is planning a Symposium for people to come and hear different speakers from different fields of study. Hopefully, there will be something for everyone and a forum for discussions among the groups. We all have full time jobs so this keeps us very, very busy! I hope this is what you are looking for and I hope I didn't bore you too much! I really don't have an exciting story, just something that interest me.

Astral Colosseum Artistries-AN ARTICLE
Dear Ghostman
Here is a Mission Statement I've (so far) Produced. It's incomplete in more than one Sense, such as we'll be doing More than Only 'Third Millennium Psychedelic Art':-
'This is 'Third Millennium Psychedelic Art' (Not 60's : as PAC-MAN and NASA are within the Arr, which shows The Evolution of Art). The Revival of Bāzīgara (Bāzīgara is the Name of One of Us Artists, it is Pronounced as 'Barzigar' in the Hindi from where the Name Came).
We are NOT Social Outcasts : As Artists. However, we have Entered into a Culture where Consumerism is King and Production is some kind of Hated Chore. We, instead Produce and Love as We Produce.
We seek to Produce MORE than we Consume to ELEVATE Our Whole World. <2
WE ARE 'THE GOOD GAME' AND WE WANT TO PLAY : FOR OURSELVES AND FOR ANYONE BELIEVING IN OUR NEW (It's Coming, My Friends) WORLD.
From Our Many Forms of Poverty, We Aim To Create ALL KINDS OF WEALTH, and THEN Even SHARE What We Earned That Others Didn't Earn. We Believe In Favouring Our Fellow Humans (Though This Also Means That A Minority Of Humans (Bad Ones) Have a War THEY CANNOT WIN.

Enclosed are Two Art Pieces of The Project. One is My Work, the other is One of Bāzīgara. smile emoticon
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
The Main Inspiration is that I realised that I'm good at Art, and so are Many People. We were simply enjoying Creating Art. Then I realised that Art Sells. The reason why I'm Heading This Project is because I'm the more Realistically-Minded instead of being that Typical Kind of Artist Idealist.
All Art we aim to sell shall be either created by The Mentally Ill or by people (such as Official Carers) who help The Mentally Ill.
Some ideas for the Future are already happening. I applied to the U.K. Government yesterday for Official Incorporation of Astral Colosseum Artistries into Astral Colosseum Artistries, Ltd.
Becoming a Company does Involve Shareholders. However, the kind of person allowed to buy Shares is 1 of 2. The first is people with Mental Illness. The second is people who (not as a career) are dedicated to helping The Mentally Ill (whether they are Carers of Relatives of Have Their Own Projects). So far, 50 Shares at £1 each have been bought by someone of the 2nd kind I mentioned. He spent 10 years of his life not having much of a life because of his Mentally Ill mother who needed an Official Carer. Sadly, she passed away. He is now The Official Carer of his Brother (who suffers with Schizophrenia).
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Though we aim to make Profits, we are not gonna be giving ourselves Bonuses without any reason except Greed. Instead, each worker gets fair payment, and the end Profits will be ALL going to Expansion of the Company and to Charities we Approve of. We are going to be aiming at Charities that help Children and Animals the most, this is because they are Typically Among the Most Vulnerable of Life on Earth.
If someone makes a Large Order (3 Canvases or More), we are also willing to allow them to pick out a Charity of their Choice for a Small Donation.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
To End. Though Money is Important, 'The Bottom Line' here is not going to be Money. 'The Bottom Line' is going to be The Wellbeing of Sentient Life on Planet Earth.
yours smile emoticon

GENRE PEAK -ABOUT MARTIN BIRKE
The trio embarked on many live performances around northern California and San Francisco featuring Martin on lead vocals and electronic percussion, Daniel on Chapman Stick and Stephen Sullivan on guitar-synths and backing vocals. Ends of the Earth was Genre Peak's first album in 2006, but fell short of Martin's expectations receiving mixed reviews. While GP was a tight professional trio doing excellent recordings and gigs they disbanded in late 2006.
In 2007-2008 Martin, not wanting to sing lead vocals anymore and being the songwriter and director of the project, realized that Genre Peak would work better as a total collaborative project using guest musicians and singers including former Japan bassist Mick Karn, Canadian singer Tara C. Taylor, violinist Benito Cortez and bassist Gustaf Fjelstrom. Along with Stephen Sullivan and producer/guitarist Christopher Scott Cooper, with wonderful remixes from UK band Stereoskop and French band Kiss & Fly, Genre Peak's second album Preternatural was a much more well received album garnishing good press reviews. A video for the album track Hell on the Surface was showcased at the Sacramento Film & Music Festival. READ MORE-http://www.genrepeak.net/GPabout.htm

Bideford witch trial
It is sometimes said that Alice Molland was the last person to be hanged for witchcraft in England; the only evidence for this comes from a single book, Side-lights on the Stuarts by J Inderwick; although Molland was sentenced to hang, there is no evidence that the sentence was carried out.
Investigation of Temperance Lloyd
On Saturday, July 1682, Thomas Eastchurch, a Bideford shopkeeper, complained to some of the town’s constables that Temperance Lloyd had been practising witchcraft. The constables arrested Temperance Lloyd and locked her in the old chapel at the end of the bridge, where she remained until taken before the justices, Thomas Gist, Mayor of Bideford, and John Davie, Alderman, on the Monday morning.[1] The charges were: "suspicion of having used some magical art, sorcery or witchcraft upon the body of Grace Thomas and to have had discourse or familiarity with the devil in the likeness or shape of a black man." Grace Thomas thought that Temperance Lloyd was responsible for her illness, because the previous September, Lloyd had wept with joy and expressed pleasure in seeing that Thomas had regained her health.READ MORE ON WIKI LINK-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bideford_witch_trialMARS NEWS.

Back pain
Introduction
Back pain is a common problem that affects most people at some point in their life.It may be triggered by bad posture while sitting or standing, bending awkwardly, or lifting incorrectly. It’s not generally caused by a serious condition. Find out more about the causes of back pain.
In most cases, back pain will improve in a few weeks or months, although some people experience long-term pain or pain that keeps coming back.
Types of back pain
Backache is most common in the lower back ('lumbago'), although it can be felt anywhere along your spine, from your neck down to your hips. Read information on neck pain and shoulder pain, which are covered separately.Sometimes, back pain can be caused by an injury or disease, such as:
- a slipped disc – when one of the discs in the spine is damaged and presses on the nerves
- sciatica – irritation or compression of the sciatic nerve, which causes pain, numbness and tingling that travels down one leg
- whiplash – neck injury caused by a sudden impact
- frozen shoulder – inflammation around the shoulder that causes pain and stiffness
- ankylosing spondylitis – a long-term condition that causes pain and stiffness where the spine meets the pelvis
10 tips to beat insomnia
1. Keep regular hours
Going to bed and getting up at roughly the same time every day will programme your body to sleep better. Choose a time when you're most likely to feel sleepy.2. Create a restful sleeping environment
Your bedroom should be kept for rest and sleep. Keep it as quiet and dark as possible. It should be neither too hot nor too cold. Temperature, lighting and noise should be controlled so that the bedroom environment helps you to fall (and stay) asleep.3. Make sure that your bed is comfortable
It’s difficult to get restful sleep on a mattress that’s too soft or too hard, or a bed that's too small or old. If you have a pet that sleeps in the room with you, consider moving it somewhere else if it often makes noise in the night.4. Exercise regularly
Moderate exercise on a regular basis, such as swimming or walking, can help relieve some of the tension built up over the day. Make sure that you don't do vigorous exercise too close to bedtime, however, as it may keep you awake.READ MORE-http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/insomnia/Pages/insomniatips.aspxTHOUGHTS?

10 Weird Animals We’re Using In Research
Did you know that naked mole rats can’t get cancer, that the honey of bees has anti-cancer properties, that jellyfish venom could cure cancer and that dolphins get sexually transmitted diseases? All these animals could one day be key to solving the complicated puzzle that is cancer just like the round little armadillo was pivotal in defeating leprosy worldwide.
Wait until you see what urchins and ferrets help us understand. From influenza to obesity and ageing, the study of certain diseases can be strongly influenced by different animal models and although we can’t swim like a squid or jump like a kangaroo, we can develop the same illnesses.
There is a whole lot that we can discover by studying dolphin sex, jellyfish fights, bees’ honey and many others. The studies of animals has helped eradicate smallpox, study STIs, understand AIDS, and discover a whole lot about how humans and the world we live in functionREAD MORE-.http://whatculture.com/science/10-weird-animals-were-using-in-research.php/2

Centrepoint
Unlike some other homeless charities which concentrate on finding emergency shelter, we're committed to making a real and lasting difference to the lives of young people.
Becoming a room sponsor is quick, easy and incredibly rewarding. For just 40p a day you'll become an integral part of a homeless charity that's proven to help young people off the streets by:
- Providing a warm safe room that young people can learn to treat as a home
- Supporting young people with counselling, advice and direction to help them overcome abuse or traumas
- Training young people so they have the opportunity to find work or education
- Teaching homeless young people basic life skills they'll need in order to achieve independence
White Flower Field Art Project for NDADA
The White Flower Field Project is an installation of 4000 hand crafted white flowers all made by local people and crafted from a wide range of weather proof materials which will be mounted in the town Square in Barnstaple, just outside the Barnstaple Museum in November 2015. It’s being designed and assembled by local artist and NDADA supporter Sarah Farrell-Roberts. The idea is to mimic the amazing field of poppies at the Tower of London last year, but using white flowers which symbolise peace.
Why we’re doing it
• To raise awareness of domestic violence and abuse in our community in the interests of promoting healthy relationships and
• To remember all those women and children who have suffered abuse in their own homes at the hands of those they love
• To remind us all that domestic abuse can happen to anyone regardless of colour, creed or status
• To help break the silence and end the shame
• To raise vital funds to keep our Refuge open- which is the only remaining refuge in the whole of Devon county
Why is it happening now?
This year is the 40th birthday of the North Devon Women’s Refuge run by North Devon Against Domestic Abuse. In the past 40 years the Refuge has opened its doors to countless women and children who have been forced to flee their home, often arriving with nothing, not even a toothbrush. In Refuge they receive care and support by a specialist domestic abuse team which starts them on the path to recovering their selfe steem, their sense of trust and to learn to bear the wounds and scars that violence and abuse they suffer at the hands of those they love can cause. They also get help with accumulating the basic possessions they need to start a new home, together with help finding suitable housing.
Last year all public funding for NDADA’s Refuge in North Devon was withdrawn. The need for refuge remains as great today as it was 40 years ago. In North Devon over 1200 inquiries to specialist domestic abuse services are made each year, and 4000 a year in the whole of Devon, and those are just the people who pick up the phone. The Refuge now relies on charitable donations to keep its doors open which means we need to garner public support for our cause.
Why November? To tie in with National Domestic Violence Awareness Week, and the UN’s International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and the November 23rd Petal Launch (which NDADA holds annually) - a moving ceremony to scatter petals in the Taw in memory of victims of domestic abuse.
Why 4000 flowers?
Because that is the number of inquiries received each year by specialist domestic abuse services in Devon, as well as being an estimate of the number of individuals the North Devon Refuge has helped over the last 40 years.PLEASE SUPORT THIS PROJECT AS THIS SUBJECT IS VERY CLOSE TO MY WIFE -NO DETAILS AS TOO MUCH FEEDBACK FROM HER DAUGHERS-We're making 4000 handcrafted white flowers for an art installation in Barnstaple town Square this November to mark 40 years of the Refuge for women run by North Devon Against Domestic Abuse. This group is for everyone interested in following our progress or for those who have made or plan to make flowers for the project. Thanks to everyone who is helping make this possible!-https://www.facebook.com/groups/975059945879802/permalink/1053944134658049/
